I have been to many senior homes to visit the elderly, but none compares to Chester Village! Upon entering, I was greeted by a friendly staff member asking if I was there to visit my friend. It was my first time coming and they already knew which floor to send me to without me having to ask. I saw the nurses or psw being very caring and kind to the elderly. The place is very clean, smells amazing and they have quality food. My friend has been living here for 3 months and she really loves it here. Her mood has improved . Her husband says he really trusts the staff to take good care of his wife (my friend). It almost feels like the kind of experience you would receive at hotels. I am looking forward to visiting again! This is a dream nursing home for me in the future ( I am 67 .This is translated into English by my daughter 😁) .

Harassment, bullying and destructive criticism from top to bottom for those who are belonging to the different ethnicities and religions. Skilled workers become a low performing worker for their continuous bulling and harassment in this place. Bulling is a very professional criteria in this place and protest against bullying is a very unprofessional here. One of the residents has been crying and telling “Cynthia and Gina have been doing BBQ while I am there . They are yelling with me , Go ….Go . Go. like I am a dog . What they think themselves they have got their job for us . Resident has a right to walk around. The BBQ area is for residents not for them . “ Such a wonderful place it is !!!!!!!!

This residence was recommended to me by more than one person. I can’t imagine that a resident would get better care in a private nursing home than here. My mom is respected and offered all manner of activities and entertainment. I feel blessed that the fates allowed her to live here.
