My grandma goes here and they’re mold on the ceiling tiles and her tooth was stolen off her dentures

Unsafe place w/ incompetent staff not even knowing resident's name and/or care 😡 I was there for the 1st time as my family member felt on the back during shower yesterday. I was ensured by staff that residents do not go for shower by him/her -shelf in this facility. So how on earth that your residence under your care felt on one's back during shower???!!! Where were your staff accommodating the residents for shower?! When I was there, I gave them the name of the person. After 15 mins of searching, I was told this person does not exist in this facility & in fact the person has been living here for months now. Meanwhile, I saw a nurse sitting at the nursing station on her big iPad playing game. Residents running around in wheelchairs all by themselves with no staff even paying attention to them. Do NOT waste your money and put your love ones in danger in a place like this with unqualified/uncaring staff

My mother has been there since April 2023 and I have no complaints, I am very pleased with the staff that provide supports and compassionate for my mother. Yes there have been a few issues that I was not pleased with but I brought these issues to the appropriate person and it was dealt with immediately. My mom calls this place of residence her "5 star hotel!" As long as my mom is happy and well taken care of, that's what counts. Thank you very much to all the staff at this facility including the ladies at the front desk.
