The staff here, specifically Ivy Woods, over the past few years have been incredible with our family. The care and compassion they showed our family member has been nothing short of amazing. As his time with us came closer to the end, they compassion they showed the family, making sure to feed and have something for us to drink was just a small and powerful touch. They have showed us that it really is the staff that makes the difference. Too many people to thank over the years so I’ll say all who worked in the Ivy Woods wing, thank you all!

The caring staff at Deerwood Creek have provided excellent care to my mother for five years now. From the nurses and doctors to the personal support workers, they are all dedicated to excellence and treat my mother with respect and empathy. I would recommend Deerwood Creek to anyone.

My father would like to express his deepest gratitude for the outstanding care and compassion you provided to his mother during her stay at your facility. From the moment we arrived, your staff made us feel welcomed, supported, and reassured. The professionalism, kindness, and genuine dedication of your nurses, and support staff were evident and was appreciated each and every day. Knowing that she was in such capable and caring hands gave me and my family great peace of mind during her stay. From every relationship that was created, cultivated, and nurtured to each detail, and warmth in your voices—made a difference. It was especially touching to see so many of the Deerwood Creek Community Staff in attendance for the memorial service. Thank you for treating her with the dignity, respect, and the compassion she deserved. Your line of work is not easy, but it truly makes a meaningful difference, and we are forever grateful for the care you provided.
