  During my student placement at Dolce Vita Retirement Living in Windsor, I had the privilege of experiencing firsthand the exceptional services they offer. The facility is not just a place for residents to live but a true community where care, respect, and dignity are at the forefront of every interaction. The staffs, which are not only highly skilled but also incredibly compassionate, go above and beyond to ensure residents feel safe, supported, and valued. Their willingness to train and mentor newcomers is inspiring, creating a nurturing environment not only for residents but for those learning the ropes of healthcare as well. The home is a welcoming space, beautifully maintained and designed to foster comfort and independence for its residents. From engaging activities to personalized care plans, every detail reflects the staff's commitment to providing top-tier care. I witnessed the dedication of each worker, always eager to lend a helping hand and continuously improving their services to meet the diverse needs of clients. It was truly a heartwarming and enriching environment to be part of, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality care for their loved ones

  Dolce Vita was my mother’s home for 3 1/2 years. My family’s experience at DV from day one was excellent. Owners Tony & Franca were always professional, helpful, friendly and caring as were all the staff who always treated my mother with dignity and respect as she battled dementia. Their compassionate care lifted a huge burden from my family knowing that mom was safe and cared for as if she was with family. The quaint environment made it a very friendly place. The excellent meals and snacks kept mom healthy to the age of 96. The in-house medical care was so helpful in not having to take mom out to Dr appointments or even some medical screenings. COVID-19 changed everyone’s lives but we always knew mom was safe due the to excellent housekeeping and safety measures in place. The end of life palliative care mom received at DV was beyond comforting for our family and we are forever grateful for their kindness. We knew from the start that we had chosen the perfect retirement home for our mother’s care.
