We moved my mother-in-law to Venvi after realizing she needed a higher level of care, and the experience has been outstanding from day one. The staff were incredibly supportive throughout the transition, taking the time to walk us through a newly renovated suite that is spacious and thoughtfully designed, complete with a small kitchenette. It immediately felt like a comfortable and welcoming environment. What truly stands out is the quality of care and the sense of community. The staff quickly learned her name and preferences, which made a big difference in helping her settle in. There is a wellness center with 24-hour nursing support, and they’ve been attentive and reliable in managing her medications. The amenities are excellent, with a bright and beautiful atrium, an exercise room, a movie room, and even a bar area where they host social events. There are also daily activities that keep residents engaged, and meal options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner that allow for choice and flexibility. After just over a month, we can confidently say this has been an incredibly positive experience. The staff play a huge role in creating such a warm and supportive environment, and we are truly grateful for the care they provide. We highly recommend Venvi to anyone looking for a retirement residence that genuinely prioritizes both quality care and quality of life.

After Mom passed, Dad started to decline but wouldn't consider moving from his condo to retirement living. Due to hospitalization he did enter Respite care for recovery and liked it so much he didn't leave! I asked him what he liked about staying at Royal Marquis and he smiled and said "the people!". Dad doesn't socialize much but just being around caring people who smile and address him by name made a huge difference. He started eating better and feeling better. Many of his visitors commented how good he is looking. Highly recommend!

My dad is a temporary resident at The Royal Marquis, from our very first visit and the many visits afterwards to set up his stay, we were greeted by EVERYONE who walked by with a sincere interest -even the residents!! You can certainly tell that everyone is happy here from the employees down to the residents. I am an RN and can attest that his personal care is outstanding!! This team really deserves an A++++ I would highly recommend this residence to anyone!!
