If u could give negative 5 I would! Keep your loved once away from this place!! I had a family friend who mother was a resident here, her mother was complaining of chest pain, The nurse continually ignored her and until her daughter called for 911for welfare check and turned out to be a clot in her lung that could’ve been lethal. Then most recently this lady went to go visit her mother, found her Unconscious in her bed With blood in her mouth and nose. She immediately called 911 and her mother was rushed to the hospital, Upon arrival, the mother was examined and found to have a major brain bleed in which the doctor’s report had been bleeding for a long time. There’s currently an investigation Going on within this location, as this is not the only incident of this nature. Understaffed, underfunded whatever the reason this is not acceptable.

I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist at PSW Health Centre. I called at 10:32 AM on March 3, 2025, and was met with rudeness. Her tone was unprofessional and disrespectful. A receptionist should be courteous and helpful, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope management provides proper training on customer service because this kind of behavior is unacceptable. I'm not sure how she got hired, but she definitely needs to learn how to communicate with people properly.

If I could give this place a Zero star I would.. My grandma and grandpa were both here, but to be fair the staff seemed more happy and way more friendly on the area my grandpa was in for Alzheimer's, although the door is always supposed to be locked so they can't wander, my grandpa managed to get out, not once but twice, luckily a man who works across the street saw him walking on the road and managed to bring him back with only a few scratches as he fell.. unfortunately my grandpa is now passed away, my grandma is still there and her staff are the most unfriendly people you can imagine, they are ONLY there for a paycheck and have ZERO patience for the residents, they didn't seem so bad when my grandma was able to be self sufficient, like do her own laundry, eat with no help, use the bathroom on her own, but with age things happen and since her stroke and was put into a wheelchair and required help with most everything, the care for her seemed to deline. They are understaffed, but it's not the residents or families fault, When I ask them simple things they are angry, when my grandma asks to be helped with toileting it's followed up with use the diaper we will change you when we can, the amount of UTIs she has had to be treated for are unreal, on-top of the monthly bill to live here, we have hired our own PSW now to sit with her and help her eat, socialize with, cause to he actual staff won't/can't sit one on one and make sure she eats. The staff make you feel like such a burden for anything. It's a shame for the residents to live there whole life so nicely just to be treated so poorly in the end.
