The entire Stirling Heights Team did an exceptional job in looking after my mother and her needs. She was cared for, comfortable and most importantly maintained her dignity during her stay and after her passing. Thank you all for everything you've done and continue to do. Our family cannot say enough about Sterling Heights. The level of care, compassion, and genuine kindness they showed my mother Ines Freitas, was truly exceptional. From day one, it was clear that this is not just a job to the staff—it is a calling. They treat every resident like their own family, and that is something we felt every single time we walked through the doors. Ines built meaningful relationships with her caregivers, and it brought us so much comfort knowing she was surrounded by people who respected, supported, and truly cared for her. Even after my mother passed, the compassion and support our family received never wavered. That kind of care goes far beyond expectations—it speaks to the heart of who they are. During one of the most difficult times in our lives, Sterling Heights gave us peace of mind, dignity, and comfort that we will carry with us forever.
