My grandfather was placed at St Andrews and he stayed there for a year until he died. There are not enough words to describe the care and respect the staff have given to my grandfather until the day he died. Everyone has been exceptional and went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable even though he didn't speak any English. Thank you to all the staff for all your hard work!

This pitiful place being called Long Term CARE doesn't deserve 1 star let alone being in operation. PLEASE for the love of everything, do NOT put your loved one here. It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with the folks who "run" this building. There are 12 cooks in the kitchen, noone is on the same page let alone in the same book, you are given the run around, NOONE takes any responsibility, "care" provided if you can call it that is awful - residents are dirty, don't get bathed, you find out DAYS later about a health matter regarding your loved one and don't get provided any information except "call back", you ask repeatedly for things to be done for your loved one and noone has any idea if said task was completed, you will be the one to provide care for your loved one. St Andrew's is not a welcoming atmosphere or homey feeling - it is a dump. Your loved one will be tossed in the "common area" and sit there for hours. As a care provider it is heartbreaking to see how St Andrew's deems it fit to provide their "care" and run the facility. PLEASE, I beg, do NOT put your worst enemy here. St Andrews, the horrendously run operation is no place for any living being. This includes the fish and birds also trapped inside for "pets". PLEASE, LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR LOVED ONE!!
