It’s our admission to Hawthorne. The reception was truly unbelievable. The team is amazing and I know that father is in a great place where he will be cared with attention, amazing care. So many activities and interaction with the other caregivers and the people that work here. I am amazed by the leva-o of care and compassion they have here for the residents.

Dear Hawthorne Place Team, I wanted to take a moment to share how grateful I am for the amazing staff who helped my mom settle into her new home on her first day. From the moment we arrived, everyone was very attentive, kind, and supportive. The staff answered all of my questions and concerns in detail, which helped me feel more relaxed and reassured that my mom is in good hands. My mom has dementia. Although she cannot speak English, she sometimes needs extra patience and support when trying to express herself. The staff were very understanding and knew how to help her feel calm, safe, and comfortable. They gave her time to try to explain herself without rushing her, which meant a lot to me. Seeing how caring and patient everyone was made a difficult and emotional day much easier for both of us. I truly appreciate the kindness, compassion, and professionalism shown toward my mom and our family. Thank you again for helping my mom feel welcomed and cared for in her new home.
