My Mother is living in an assisted living facility and we have hired Kym and Lois from Home Instead Markham. Both ladies have become trusted companions for my mother. She values their friendship and looks forward to their visits. They have greatly added to the quality of her days. Kym and Lois keep her involved in many activites and accompany her on excursions. Both are very professional and caring. I would highly recommend this service.

I have had a positive experience with Home instead Markham . This is really a honourable and reliable company and cares very much about their clients and employees. Tracy goes out of her way to do the best for me to make me comfortable.It’s been a pleasure working with them and their girls.The caregivers are kind, patient and very professional.Tanisha always goes above and beyond her work and her kindness and caring leaves me with the positive support at the end of the day. Jot is also very supportive. I would definitely use the company as often as required and I would highly recommend home instead Markham. Thank you Home Instead for being the best.

We were fortunate to have Home instead for two months to assist our elderly mother as she gained strength after a hospital stay. It was a wonderful experience. Her assistants were charming, insightful and caring. We have full confidence in Home Instead and thank them for their professional assistance at a very difficult time.
