I have had a positive experience with Home instead Markham . This is really a honourable and reliable company and cares very much about their clients and employees. Tracy goes out of her way to do the best for me to make me comfortable.It’s been a pleasure working with them and their girls.The caregivers are kind, patient and very professional.Tanisha always goes above and beyond her work and her kindness and caring leaves me with the positive support at the end of the day. Jot is also very supportive. I would definitely use the company as often as required and I would highly recommend home instead Markham. Thank you Home Instead for being the best.

We were fortunate to have Home instead for two months to assist our elderly mother as she gained strength after a hospital stay. It was a wonderful experience. Her assistants were charming, insightful and caring. We have full confidence in Home Instead and thank them for their professional assistance at a very difficult time.

I found Home Instead 3 years ago during a time when my elderly parents were declining rapidly and me and my siblings weren’t able to support their increased needs. Home Instead and Tracy went above and beyond to ensure they got the right staff to come in within a couple days and help with my parents on going health with respect to Alzheimer’s and Dementia and day to day health and wellness in the comfort of my parents home. Tracy and staff could be reached at anytime and walked us through so much to ensure our parents got the best care. We now have a part Time live in and a full time staff of kind empathetic, responsible and very capable support workers. They have helped us greatly we are very appreciative for their services. I highly recommend them 💯👏👌😊
