  I had the privilege of working with Rose for 7 years at Princess Margaret, and she is without a doubt one of the best leaders I have ever worked with. Knowing she was the one working as the nursing administrator on site during my shift was a sigh of relief. I knew that no matter what happened during my shift and what issues were encountered, my colleagues and I were going to be supported by Rose. She is approachable, dependable, kind, professional and always willing to help. She created a positive work environment where everyone felt comfortable coming to her with questions. She made a huge impact on our nursing team, and I miss working with her. I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a compassionate, skilled, dedicated, and trustworthy leader. Miss you Rose!

  I can’t recommend Joann and Rose enough. She brings a level of care and attention that really makes a difference for both patients and their families. You can tell they take pride in what they does — always showing up, being present, and making sure everything is handled properly. It’s rare to find nurses this dependable and genuinely invested in people’s well-being!

  I’ve had the privilege of working closely with Rose for almost a decade, and she has truly made a lasting impact on me both professionally and personally. She leads with genuine compassion, always putting patients and staff first, and creates an environment where everyone feels supported and valued. Her knowledge and clinical expertise are incredible, and I’ve learned so much from her over the years. She’s not only an amazing supervisor but also someone I deeply respect and appreciate. I’m really grateful to have had her guidance throughout my career.
