I called to have someone come in and do my mom’s toes and nails. I paid $120. My mom suffers from. Dementia got upset and the nurse was only able to do one nail. I called the office the gentleman said they would credit us $60 for our next appt. 6 months later I called to try to set up a appt to learn than the credit expired in 6 months. This was news to us. They wouldn’t schedule another appt unless I prepaid 80 dollars for the visit. This all happened in April… and I’m still waiting for the manager to call me. So they SCAMMED my mom Out of $120 dollars. Would not recommend this company. The point is no one had let me know there was a expiry on the credit. Also the manager supervisor has still not returned my call. I do understand everyone needs to be compensated. But when the credit was given no time limit was put in it. Poor communication and bad customer service as I have been waiting for a call back.

The foot care program is very well organized. Maya is an amazing teacher. She’s very knowledgeable, approachable, and explains concepts clearly. She creates a comfortable environment where questions are encouraged, which makes a big difference. Overall, a great learning experience!!

I am currently an RPN looking to expand my practice. When I received information on the UHH Foot Care course and learned about the faculty and team behind the course, I knew this was the program for me. I am currently in the program and I have to say the exceptional customer service, follow-up's to see how you are going or if you need any further assistance or questions is much appreciated. I would highly recommend UHH to any of my colleagues and friends. Thank you so much for your kindness and patience.
