Wonderful, caring staff, who genuinely care about their residents. Lesley is lovely and works hard to organize special opportunities and events for her residents. I personally know Kathleen Petrie runs fun, interesting and relevant programs that range from cooking classes, to themed days and events, to trivia events, to music programs - the sky is the limit.

While the senior home is generally okay, the management needs to fix the cordless phone situation ASAP. It's not just me but loads of people here want to talk to their loved ones, but the phones are consistently not working . We're paying a pretty penny for this place, and it's a bummer that the phones don't even work. Let's get these phones sorted, it's basic need.

This is the worst place ever!! Do not leave your loved ones here!! Although there are a couple of caring nurses and psw’s, there are more worse ones that neglect the residents, they are lazy and can’t be bothered. Jamil did not provide good information. She advised we could make the rooms like they’re home and bring in a mini fridge if we’d like. We brought it all the way there and to the door only to find out we need to submit a request for the fridge. We submitted the request and no response. They are all fake and insensitive. My mom asked for help to put shorts on under her skirt and the psw actually told her she wasn’t going to help her. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES AWAY FROM HERE!!
