We had an excellent experience with three different Au Pairs. Our case manager was always very responsive and attentive to anything we brought up. She was helpful with extending an Au Pairs visa, helping us work through anything else that may have come up. We are so thankful that our kids had such loving, caring, and fun Au Pairs take care of them when then were young. Highly recommend!

We hired an Australian Au Pair recently and are very happy with the Au Pair. . Quick, efficient process and Laura is a perfect fit for our family. No negatives using this agency.

Vancouver B.C I wouldn't recommend this agency at all ! They didn't found a new family and didn't believe me when I told them the huge problems I had with my hostfamily. I really needed help, but they did nothing. The employes (Stefanie Petermann) have no experience and didn't realise my bad situation... They will not refund the money. This agency is really a place to stay away from !
