Do not put your loved ones here. My mother will be 100 in 6 months. In the last few months: she fell out of her walker in which she had fallen asleep. She landed face forward and remained like that for an indeterminate period of time before some one noticed her. The side of he face and all around her eye was purple with bruising. The nurse manager advised that she had submitted a report and it was out of her hands. She advised I could ask for a link to view the video without mentioning that there would be a charge that required me to input a credit card no. Because I was not prepared to do that Kipling Acres was off the hook. 2. Her care giver was suspended for verbally assaulting her. We were told we could not receive pertinent info. Ultimately we were advised the charges were " unsubstantiated ". End of matter. 3. I was called and advised that my mother was found unresponsive in front of the elevator. No one knew how long she had been there. 4. Today I was called and advised that a nurse came upon another resident trying to kiss my mother while she was waiting for her lunch. The nurse has filled out a report and I'm to wait fir a call from The manager. They can never answer any questions or provide solutions. Terribly managed facility.

My Mom has been living at Kipling Acres for 2 months, receiving great care. I cannot express enough how great things have been, especially in her neighborhood of Pinepoint. I never thought Mom would acclimate as quickly as she has. I would highly recommend Kipling to anyone looking into LTC options for their loved one. LTC is never an easy decision but I'm greatful my Mom was accepted into Kipling Acres.

I wish I could express how grateful I am to the staff at Kipling acres. The caregivers are attentive to all my mother's needs and her requests even those that I consider over & above reasonable expectations. Always pleasant & taking time to pass on interesting observations of mothers week when I visit.
