We have provided mobile hearing services to residents at Lynn Valley Care Centre and have always had an excellent experience. Communication with the nursing staff, resident care coordinators and Lorna, the Community Liaison, is always outstanding. They are organized, responsive, and clearly dedicated to providing exceptional care to their residents.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lynn Valley Care Centre for over 10 years through my hearing care practice, and I can honestly say the team there is exceptional. Lorna Byrne, the Community Liaison, is truly wonderful. She is incredibly organized, thoughtful, and deeply caring toward both residents and their families. It’s clear how much she values the people she works with. The staff at Lynn Valley Care Centre are also amazing. They consistently go above and beyond, creating a warm, supportive environment for everyone. I also see firsthand how much effort goes into keeping residents engaged. There is always something happening, which makes such a difference in daily life. This past Halloween, I was especially inspired by the staff costumes. I remember thinking how wonderful it was and how much the residents must have loved it. It’s those kinds of thoughtful touches that really stand out. It’s always a pleasure to be there. Highly recommend.

Lynn Valley Care Center is one of the best facilities. They offer a beautiful, peaceful, and happy environment, thanks to Marylene Denis, Director of Care. The facility is bright, always super clean, and features beautiful yards and balconies. Their amazing, loving, and caring support professionals treat residents as if they were family members. Although they have three Farsi-speaking staff members on-site, other nurses and staff have learned Farsi words to communicate with the Farsi-speaking residents. They set up a variety of daily activities to keep the residents engaged and go above and beyond to maintain their comfort. Medical doctors make regular visits, and there are regular panels with family members, a dietitian, a physiotherapist, a pharmacist, a nurse, and a doctor. Overall, I am super happy and highly recommend this care center. I would like to give a special shout-out to Ashley Sharifi and Sara Sharif for guiding us through the journey and watching out for my relative's best interests. Thank you to Dr. Saghafi, Analou, Veda, Kay, Edna and all the nurses and staff members for their love and care.
