My 93-year-old mother-in-law has been there for two years. She suffers from mild memory loss. She eats well and seems happy. We need to schedule regular follow-ups with the staff. She had athlete's foot for two weeks, and no one had informed us. Given her swollen legs, we made an appointment with her doctor, and when he removed her stockings, he immediately saw the infection. We saw a podiatrist who will provide the treatments, but we have to pay for them. We also have to cover the cost of laundry and hairdressing! Thank you!

Employees are minimum wage and the establishment seems to lack services because of its budget. Did not notice more than 1 housekeeping and the kitchen is as small as it gets. Atmosphere seems hostile. Everything is stacked and it looks like they never thought of putting an effort for the tenants.
