  DISAPPOINTED & FRUSTRATED! Iam unsure of the facility or the staff. I have been trying to schedule an appointment since January 2026 to have a tour. Initial they were not doing tours because there was an outbreak and there was a waiting list to do the tours. They took my name & number and would call me back. Then, late February again, took my # would call me back. No call. End of Macrch, again took my number, Again no returned phone call. Now it's May, agai always same person taking my calls and again would directly give her my message to call. Again no call . Two weeks later, again no call, I went directly to facility, same person said had given my message to tour coordinator & is unsure why bo returned called. I requested to see her but she was unavailable was in a meeting. Again, left my contact info. Its a week later. No call. I told the person this experience is nit giving me a good impression of the facility and how its being run. If they are like this with me, how are they with their residence. NOT A GOOD IMPRESSION. 😤

  My grandfather was here for 4 years. From his wonderful welcome to the beautiful end of life treatment he received - I continue to be at a loss of words. The staff here are EXCELLENT, compassionate and sensitive. I’m excited to hear that there is a new facility opening. Looking forward to seeing it flourish. Thank you, J

  The staff do what they can with their available resources. Some are amazing, some I wouldn't leave them to care for a cactus. I witnessed a lot of neglect over the 9 years my family member was there. The director at the time, B.G should re-educate in proper geriatric care. I witnessed this person ducking in to their office each time I walked in this facility in order to avoid talking to me. I witnessed a resident in active dying process who was left completely naked and exposed in a room with 3 other residents. When my own family member was passing, I had to instruct staff on comfort care and we requested the "compassion room" for dying residents but unfortunately it "hadn't been cleaned yet" and wouldn't be cleaned until morning. Sadly, people die when they need to, not just 9-5. The "physiotherapist" that works here should have their credentials restricted. There was zero effort or follow through and he believed that leaving a dementia patient in a wheelchair who could walk, was totally appropriate. This home needs a lot of overhaul and so does LTC.
