The nurses have been very nice and professional but the office and scheduling has been horrendous. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to call and confirm visits. The office doesn’t seem to get anything right.

Every nurse we have had from nightingale has been fantastic but Sarah K. has gone above and beyond in treating our son Lincoln with the respect and kindness that any child with special needs deserves. We would choose her 1000x over for any of our nursing needs. She is a truly kind and amazing person and we can’t say enough good things about her.

My husband, Julian, has PSWs come 3 times a week. Jay comes Mon and Fri (but is off on disability at the moment) and Tabitha is here on Wed. Tabitha has been an excellent PSW. She is very conscientious with her duties, very friendly and like a breathe of air on Wed mornings. Jay has also been excellent and we do hope he returns to his work schedule soon. We hope we continue to receive the excellent care from Nightingale.
