The residence mainly features bachelor and one-bedroom suites, with just one rare two-bedroom unit. Monthly rates range from $1,800 to $2,100 (2025) and include meals, with optional housekeeping services available. There is often a waitlist, so early inquiries are recommended. Kelly, the activity coordinator, plans engaging outings that help residents stay active and social. The food is another highlight—Sam, the cook, is known for making fantastic soups, and Sumalee, a dedicated long-time team member in the dining hall, adds a personal touch that residents truly appreciate. Tours can be booked by appointment, and the team is happy to answer questions or add your name to the waitlist. Oaktree Manor is a wonderful option for seniors seeking a vibrant and supportive place to call home.

Oaktree has been a wonderful safe environment for mother for several years. She enjoys the food, people area and has a lovely big suite. The team at Oaktree have gone far past what we expected for Mother many times. We appreciate their wonderful care

The staff and Paul are amazing and compassionate people. Since the first day mom came in they all went out of their way to make her feel welcome and cared for and I cannot thank them enough. I live on the mainland and whatever I needed and couldn’t do for mom, the team at Oak Tree always was there for mom. Recently she has been hospitalized and the one thing that she said that touched me deeply, was “I want to go home, I want to go to Oak Tree.” It was nice to hear her call it “home.” It is difficult times, but the support that I receive from the team at Oak Tree has been amazing. Know your mom or dad will come to call Oak Tree home one day, if you choose this facility. I highly recommend this home.
