The psws are wonderful . The weekend scheduling is atrocious. My parent with dementia requires consistent care and they are continually changing my weekday psws too. Supervisors don’t return calks.

My dad receives great care from his kindhearted psw Eben. He already feels like part of the family and even my cat waits for him to show up. We’ve also enjoyed the care we received in the past when my dad also had Christopher and Briar coming. The only reason I didn’t rate the company 4 stars is for the beginning of his care when we had a lot of people come that were not as good and didn’t clean up after themselves prior to leaving. Another quick shoutout to Natalie whom we only had as a fill in once but was wonderful as well.

They don't care about the patients your just a name they plug in for the new girls with no training. They take hours from existing working and give their hours to them. The care doesn't exist. I have been with Paramed for 14 years now. The past six months have been sheer hell for me. During the storm I went without care for 4 days. Then to top this off sent someone new. Who cannot be trusted to give me a shower. Even head office won't call you back. Never mind our co ordination. Which we haven't had now in over a year. I am frustrated
