Selectacare, I am not giving you a five star review lightly. You guys totally deserve it. I'm familiar with other agencies from helping a relative look for care in another city. You guys are miles above any other agency I've ever been in contact with. When I call I get through right away and whoever answers knows what is going on and is empowered to deal with any question or issue I may have. Leilani, the person who comes to help me is amazing - very pleasant to deal with as well as being super-reliable, skillful and hard - working. I would not hesitate to recommend this agency!!!!!!

I’ve had consistently excellent experiences working with Selectacare, and I truly can’t recommend them highly enough. In my work with the elderly population, it’s essential to have reliable, compassionate support for clients who need in-home care or assistance with appointments. Selectacare has always delivered. Most recently, while I was out of the country, one of my clients experienced a crisis and was admitted to the hospital. It happened very quickly, so I contacted Selectacare. Greg and his team stepped in immediately, coordinating PSWs to support my client and helping navigate a very stressful situation. They stayed in constant communication with me through calls and texts, responding promptly at all hours of the day and the night. What could have been overwhelming and frightening became manageable thanks to their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care. This is just one of many experiences where Selectacare has gone above and beyond. Their dedication and reliability make them an invaluable partner in providing quality care. A big thanks to Greg, Mark, Louresa, and Jennyfer and the whole administrative team, as well as the PSWs who helped us. You truly make a difference!
