We had our wedding reception at PINTS! On the top floor and I cannot express what a wonderful reception it was. Within a few days notice, Kelly and her team put together amazing decorations, food, music and ambience fit for a royal wedding. I was astonished at how quickly the team moved with the shortened time span, planning and executing an entire wedding reception with less than 2 weeks notice. Kelly kept in constant communication with me and made sure that everything was perfect, from centre pieces, to table and seating arrangements, to photo locations, even taking time out of her busy schedule to help serve guests food herself and take amazing photographs. Kelly provided a full buffet menu and chef Derek delivered an amazing feast which left all the guests raving about the stunning quality of the food. The baker, Marissa, provided an outstanding wedding cake which tasted just as good as it looked. The staff at the bar were quick, friendly and energetic and even helped clean tables while simultaneously working as bartenders, still providing exceptional service while juggling multiple roles. I am astonished at the quality of the team, Kelly should be extremely proud of her team and of herself, as they all delivered a wedding which will be remembered and talked about for years to come.

An outstanding facility with a team that truly cares about the people they serve and the community they’re part of. I had the pleasure of collaborating with Cheryl Andrews and the incredible staff at V!VA Whitby Shores, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The event we hosted together was our most successful one yet, thanks to their enthusiasm, dedication, and teamwork. I’m so grateful for their partnership and unwavering support!

It's been amazing working with Cheryl and her team. We held a community lunch and learn event to educate seniors on various topics. Cheryl and her team recognized the need for this event in the community and worked with us to ensure the best possible outcome for this event. We had a packed room of over 35+ attendees and everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you Cheryl and the whole V!VA Whitby Shores Retirement Community Team.
