Our Dad moved to The Residences in early July 2026. He'd lived in an independent living retirement residence for 7 years, but sadly needed more support due to advancing dementia. We were very sad amd anxious about having to move him to an unfamiliar place with staff and residents who were strangers to him. During the decision and planning phases, Jules and Farrah were incredibly patient and supportive. They spent hours answering our questions and providing guidance on the many steps involved. Within the first 24 hours, we were amazed at how well Dad was doing at The Residences. Not only is the home immaculately clean, well-staffed and expertly managed, each staff member who interacts with Dad is kind and thoughtful. They put in great effort to understand his anxieties and connect with the personality that still lies behind the dementia. We are so relieved that he lives at The Residences and are so grateful for all the wonderful staff there.

The Residence on Young is a great facility with very professional and friendly staff. The quality of care here exceeds expectations. Every visit is enjoyable and the building is immaculately clean. Brianne, my point of contact is the best! I highly recommend this location.

5 stars! The Residences on Yonge is a beautiful, modern building with great facilities. The environment feels welcoming and the staff are dedicated and provide wonderful care. The food is great too. Highly recommend this retirement community!
