I cannot say enough good things about working with Ace Health Care Shop. In the past I’ve used some of the bigger, better known vendors of accessibility aids. I will never go back. Cindy from Ace took the time to understand my needs and find a solution that worked for me. I had a time crunch and Cindy took it all in stride - even dropping off a scooter at my place on a day the store was officially closed because she knew I needed it. She is so delightfully friendly and even my cat liked her immediately when she brought the scooter up to my apartment. I will be calling Ace / Cindy for any future health care needs.

I recently took my walker in for service, as the frame had become detached from two of the wheels. The repair was completed in less than 24 hours, then it was done really well. I was given a loaner walker from them for a day. The repair is top notch and I couldn't be happier. Nice people, staff. They're very knowledgeable of their products and will assist anyone to the best of their ability. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for Mobility device repair, questions, or sales. Absolutely wonderful people.
