Your ad failed to mention 'Cryo' in the title. It's fine for cold therapy, but the way it's worded, it sounded like it was both hot and cold gel packs. It's the heat that I'm actually looking for.

*changed from 3 to 5 star, owner reached out and resolved the issue. ------- Purchase process is smooth, but post sale service is pretty much non existent. Had issue with the knee brace purchased, extremely hard to get in touch with them via phone and get no response via email.

Best place for quality products at a reasonable price. I had ordered 2 ankle braces that were on back order but when Dr. Nevin learnt that I needed to travel with them in 3 days - he assured me he'll get it or refund. He not only arranged the product but when I couldn't get to his office to pick it up then to my utmost surprise and gratitude he arranged to deliver it to my home thru his staff. Kudos to him and his team member for their care n kindness!
