My experience at Clinical Sleep Solutions on West Broadway has been extremely disappointing. While the staff may be technically knowledgeable, the prices are shockingly inflated and the level of customer service is unacceptable. Equipment that sells for around $800 on the open market was quoted to me at $2,600, and a mask that normally costs $89 was priced at $275. When I questioned these prices, I was met with excuses that made little sense, such as vague references to “service fees.” When I offered to bring in the exact same mask model—sealed and purchased from a certified dealer—they refused to accept it and instead threatened to charge my credit card, which they had on file. Even worse, when I pointed out that their prices were not listed anywhere in the agreement, I was told they could start charging for other items not included in the agreement at all. Overall, this has been one of the most frustrating and unsettling healthcare-related experiences I’ve had. In my opinion, their pricing practices and customer treatment are completely unreasonable, and I would strongly recommend that others be cautious and do their research before dealing with this location.
