This company, and in particular the Branch Manager, Christa Keeler, excels in customer service. My husband had a problem with a hernia belt he purchased. I called the phone number on the packaging and left a detailed message. To my pleasant surprise I received a call back the very next day from Christa. I have rarely encountered a more understanding representative. She has, and is going far above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company because of the high level of customer service Christa has provided.

INCREDIBLE company , manager and products . It’s easy to complain when you’ve been wronged but more people should take the time to review when they receive outstanding service . The Branch Manager , Christa K went out of her way to give me the best experience possible . The compression garments they carry (Veronique) were the only ones recommended by my Plastic Surgeon in Beverly Hills . If you need post surgical garments this is the company to use . Best inventory, best prices and best staff. I have been buying an assortment of medical supplies for over a year now, and I have been completely satisfied with their helpfulness and professionalism. Walkers, personal care items, wound dressings…. If they don’t have it in stock, they get it in within days. They make a difference.
