I recently have purchased my travel CPAP machine from Vitalaire Broadway branch and it was by far the best customer service I think I have ever experienced. Elenita, my sleep apnea therapist was so helpful and knowledgeable. I'm very pleased with the whole experience, highly recommend this place.

After being diagnosed with sleep apnea, Cherry Carpio, a Clinical Sleep Consultant at VitalAire, recently fitted me with a CPAP machine and mask. She was exceptional. Not only did she knowledgeably explain sleep apnea, but her professionalism was impeccable as she patiently and efficiently guided me through selecting the most appropriate machine and mask and setting up the system. Most impressively, she did this with an unusual warmth and personal engagement, undoubtedly reflecting both her personality and previous experience as a nurse. For anyone facing the challenges of sleep apnea and looking for an excellent consultant, Cherry has my highest recommendation.
