Terrible experience. Poor communication, unhelpful staff, and constant issues with my order. A medical supply company should be dependable, but this place was anything but. I won’t be returning and would not recommend it to anyone.

Emily and Sarah are the perfect people to be working at TLC Medical Supply. We have purchased many products from the Bruyère location and have received tender loving care. They have even sourced products we wanted but hadn't been able to find. One of our purchases required delivery; it was fast, and the delivery team was so helpful. I was anxious about how it would all work out, and for me it was a breeze!
