Jennifer was a great help. I showed up late to the CPAP Clinic without an appointment; however, she still stayed back after closing just to accommodate me. She was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail to me. She was also personable and made me feel like I was in good hands. I always like dealing with people like her because they make things go smoothly. If I could I'd give her another 5 stars :)

I had the most pleasant experience with Jennifer, she was very passionate, patient and puts a lot of care into her job! No matter how much time you need or the endless questions you have or want to find the right fit of mask she'll work with you till you're happy. Not once seemed annoyed or frustrated!! Truly made my partner and I happy and now we both get the best sleep we needed.
