Very unprofessional and hostile experience. I calmly entered the clinic and waited respectfully at the front desk while the secretary was already on the phone. I never interrupted her, never raised my voice, and never behaved aggressively. Bert Lee personally approached me, and I simply asked whether I could see the ResMed F40 mask before purchasing it. Instead of professionally explaining any appointment policy, I was suddenly told to leave the store, threatened with trespassing, and threatened with police for no valid reason. Claims that I was aggressive or abusive are completely inaccurate. I was simply a potential CPAP customer trying to purchase a mask. Thankfully, the owner himself stated that audio and video recordings of the interaction exist. I hope those recordings are preserved.

Rather inflated prices. Nose cushion that is 40-50 at most other businesses is 70 dollars here. Prices are hidden on their website. Nice store and associate was friendly. But buying supplies online from another business is much wiser.

I was on a work trip and forgot the tank for my CPAP machine, Kanishka was an incredible help answer my questions over the phone and ahs the piece ready when I arrived. An incredible representation of the company, who should be happy to someone her representing then as the face of this location.
