I renewed my agreement with Liberty at the beginning of 2024. During the renewal call, I specifically and repeatedly asked whether the price would remain the same for the full three-year term. The Liberty representative explicitly assured me it would. I also have an email confirming all the agreement details. Despite this, in July 2025, Liberty increased the rate in direct violation of the agreement. Their excuse? A conveniently buried clause claiming they can raise the price by up to $5 CAD as long as they “notify” the customer. That clause was never disclosed or explained during the call, and it directly contradicts the verbal and written assurances I was given. This is not a misunderstanding — it’s misleading sales practices, plain and simple. Promising one price to secure a contract and then raising it mid-term is deceptive and unprofessional. Liberty’s lack of integrity and accountability is astonishing. If you value transparency, honesty, and peace of mind, stay far away. Save your money, save your nerves, and don’t trust promises that Liberty clearly has no intention of honoring.

Read very carefully through the contract. ESO or extended service option is a complete joke. I have 2 dead devices they won’t cover under the ESO and want to sell replacements at above market value. Now my house is less secure, unless I want to pay approx $500. Awesome… I could monitor and secure this house myself for a 3rd of what these crooks charge. Do not sign on with Liberty

Natalia’s explanation’s regarding the process of the installation were very detailed and clear. I was advised by Natalia that l can reach out to her with any questions l might have. After the smooth installation she followed up with me . I would highly recommend this company and Natalia as their representative.
