I had an excellent experience with the team at the IRS Vancouver location on e 1st Ave recently. I was honestly expecting a routine appointment, but it turned out to be a genuinely enjoyable experience. Kyla and the office staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered, that I had all of the correct forms, and they also took the time to thoroughly explain how the CPAP worked, how to use the app to get the most benefit, and made sure I felt completely comfortable before leaving. It is rare to find a team that is not only professional and efficient, but also so kind and attentive and fun. They took the time to answer questions thoroughly, double check details, and ensure nothing was missed. I truly felt cared for and supported throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for compassionate and reliable service with amazing staff!
