I have been going to the KinMed CPAP store for many years now and I always have a lovely experience. The first time I went, the employees helped me to find a mask that fit my needs, and they are always willing to go the extra mile to help me when purchasing parts to refresh my device. I am thankful for their customer service and professionalism. Ordering parts on their website for pickup is an even faster, more convenient process.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Genia at KinMed for her outstanding support in helping me choose the correct CPAP machine and mask. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure that I understood the differences, options and setup. After my first night of use I called her with numerous questions. She took her time to answer every single one in detail. I highly recommend Genia and KINMED.

I am grateful for the staff here at KinMed! After having a terrible experience at Wellwise, I found their store and was able to get everything I needed right away. They took the time to walk me through the process (filling out forms for OHIP, setting up the machine, and finding the right mask). I can say that because of them, I had my first good night's sleep in a long time, like 6 years. And I know it will only get better. Thank you so much!!!!
