We had a fantastic experience with Samantha. She was very helpful with explaining the device and thorough with all the information. She was very patient with my son and made us feel at ease. Lori was excellent with answering all of my questions and a friendly face to meet when we went into the office.

I have been their customer since 7 years. They are very professional, polite, friendly and accurate when it comes to providing great customer service. The only thing changed since last 2 year is billing service. Before they used to do billing paper work now we have to do the billing with insurance company. My representative is Sam and she is excellent.
