Kate was fantastic! She was exceptionally kind, professional, personable and patient. This is my first experience using a PAP machine and she listened to and thoughtfully answered all of my anxious questions. She treated my wife (who accompanied me) and I with much respect and care. The service at this location is wonderful. I am a first time user of a CPAP machine and had the pleasure of speaking with Kate who set me up with the best machine and mask for my needs. She is very knowledgeable and very helpful. She doesn’t try to sell you anything you don’t need, she is excellent at making recommendations and is very straightforward. This place is very professional, quick to respond and get an appointment, I got my machine right then and there. Any questions or inquires you have are answered promptly. For anyone looking for a CPAP for the first time I’d highly recommend Kate and this location. I understand why the reviews are so good.

The clinician, Kate was incredibly helpful throughout my consultation and APAP therapy setup. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident starting treatment.
