My recent experience with the ace MedPro team of Claire, Katrina, Robin, and Carlos, at the West Broadway location was a thing of beauty. Carlos, my point man absolutely slayed it. From trouble shooting old faulty cables, to answering hard questions with a smile, it was expert problem solving at every step. Carlos navigated me through the tricky process of finding the perfect device for my off-grid travel needs. His calm, assured, solution based approach literally delivered the goods–a ResMed AirMini unit. Most importantly, Carlos was invaluable in guiding me through all the fail points of my online 3rd party coverage claim. He did it all, and made it look easy. Cherry on the cake was a customer loyalty bonus that left me walking on air, as I said goodbye to the crack team.

My experience with MedPro have been excellent. The team of Claire, Carlos, Katrina and Robin gave me so much time and care during my initial CPAP meeting, the trial run of six weeks and recently purchasing my own machine. They were very knowledgeable about the products and thoroughly explained how to use the machine. Someone from the team checked in with me either by email, phone or texts weekly and sometimes daily to offer me support, guidance and recommendations to improve my sleep using the CPAP. They were remotely able to adjust the machine settings to better suit my needs. MedPro helped me submit the cost quote to my insurance company which was approved. I love my new AirSense 11 machine with the new N30i mask! It is very quiet, small, easy to use and quick to clean. I have had fantastic results which are tracked on the myAir app. It has totally changed my life as I can now sleep comfortably for many hours and feel rested during the day. My needs will continue to me monitored and adjustments made remotely by the team if needed. I would highly recommend MedPro to anyone with sleep apnea who need a CPAP machine. Thank you Claire, Carlos, Katrina and Robin for changing my life and improving my sleep health!
