I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I ordered a treatment table nearly two months ago, and was promised that the table would arrive in 4-6 weeks. I then followed up and was assured that the table would be shipped promptly and arrive in 4 business days. The table did not arrive. I reached out again and was informed that we would receive an update the following day. It is now 2 days later and no update. Please order your treatment tables from another company.

We ordered from them initially because they offered to help customize a large order for us. Purchased one large unit initially but when the wrong components came it was a difficult process to get a hold of them. They ended up telling us that they would not fully refund us and would charge us surprise restocking fees if we were unsatisfied with the order. If ordering simple things, the site is fine but for any large clinics or enterprises looking for long term suppliers, there are better options out there. Cheap prices are related to cheap service.
