Angela was great on the phone when I desperately called home from Mexico after my cpap machine was stolen. And Brittany did a quick set up on a new machine that was ready for me the day after I returned home. Great and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Excellent Customer Service with very knowledgeable staff who really go above and beyond in helping you through the process of adapting to using a CPAP machine. This machine is a medical device and is a game changer for people suffering with Apnea. It’s gotten a ton of attention over last 5-10 years as you become aware of this condition it’s alarming to find out how many people are using them. I want to give a huge shout out to my nurse Lauren Marsh for her patience kindness and expertise in knowing how to guide a patient through the process. It’s takes a bit of getting use to but it is well worth it in the end. Thanks again to all the staff at the Snore Shop Rockingham Ridge location you’re a great team!
