  Great experience with World of Spa! The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend World of Spa for their outstanding sales and service!

  I purchased a hot tub from World of Spas in December. While the initial sales pitch and pre-purchase service were unmatched compared to other outlets, everything went downhill the moment they had our money. Potential buyers need to look out for three major red flags: Shady Financing & Deposit Practices: We were warned about their financial handling, and we experienced it firsthand. The financing numbers and deposit terms changed every single time we spoke to the representative. It felt so predatory that we decided to buy the tub outright just to protect ourselves—an option not everyone has. Dangerous "In-House" Referrals: The electrician World of Spas directly referred us to gave us a quote that was astronomically higher than four independent quotes we received. Worse, his technical recommendation would have actually been illegal and unsafe to execute. We ended up using an electrician recommended by a competitor (Solara Spas), who was highly professional. Sending customers to someone that grossly incompetent is highly irresponsible. Abysmal Product Quality & Support: Our hot tub is only six months old and already has two separate functional issues. One of these problems was present the exact day it was delivered. Six months later, there has been absolutely zero resolution on either issue. There is zero excuse for a brand-new, expensive product to be broken in multiple ways this early on, and even less excuse for the lack of customer service. If I could go back, I would gladly pay an extra $2,000 to buy from a reputable competitor. Purchasing from World of Spas was a massive mistake. Save your time, your money, and your sanity, and go somewhere else.

  Shout-out to Jordan at World of Spas for consistently great service. Clear communication, excellent follow-up, and always helpful with practical maintenance suggestions. It’s refreshing to work with someone who’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely focused on long-term customer care. Highly recommend.
