I called in to their office to explain my symptoms of hearing loss in one ear. I was visiting from out of town and I have never been a client of theirs. They made time in their schedule that very day to see me. Once in the office they brought me in immediately to check the ear. They identified the problem and provided input on how to resolve the issue as it was not as serious as I had imagined. To say they go above and beyond is an understatement.

Broadmead Hearing Clinic was recommended to me from a colleague. I am so glad she gave me this recommendation. First, setting up my first appointment for a hearing test was so easy. Every time I phone or have a question, reception is very friendly and helpful. Second, my audiologist, Christine Stangeland, is fabulous! I was hesitant when I heard I was experiencing loss and needed hearing aids, but Christine Stangeland was very patient when answering my ton of questions and explaining what was happening with my hearing. The best part is that I did not feel pressured or rushed when deciding what I was going to do. This amazing service continued when I went back to have my hearing aids fitted. I will definitely be recommending Broadmead Hearing Clinic. On a side note, I am loving my hearing aids! Thank you Broadmead Hearing Clinic!

All the staff at this clinic are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this clinic for any hearing services. Got my ear waxed removed by Christine and she got it all done in a very timely and pain-free manner.
