Senior Care Path Summary
Connect Hearing Victoria - Gordon Head offers free hearing tests for adults age 18 and over, with no doctor referral needed. Registered hearing care professionals and audiologists conduct quick, easy assessments that help identify hearing loss, measure hearing levels, and establish a baseline for future care.
If testing shows hearing loss, the clinic recommends appropriate hearing aid options to suit individual lifestyle and budget. They stock modern hearing technology from major brands including Phonak, Unitron, and Advanced Bionics, with accessories and supplies available both in-clinic and through their online shop.
The clinic provides strong support after fitting: 3 years of free aftercare including batteries, cleanings and checkups on standard purchases. They also offer a 60-day Confidence Guarantee and flexible Hearing Care Plans starting from $168 per month. Seniors benefit from multiple payment options including VAC, WCB, WSIB, ADP, ODSP, and WorkSafeBC coverage.
Connect Hearing accepts CAA, AMA and BCAA member discounts, saving eligible seniors up to 15% on hearing aids plus 5 years of free batteries. They also provide tinnitus treatment and management tools, relevant to many older adults experiencing hearing-related conditions.

I was visiting Victoria and had forgotten to pack my hearing aid charger. Disaster! I went to this store intending to buy one, but instead I was provided with a loaner. The woman at the desk was personal, professional, and quick to solve my problem. Another reason to recommend Connect Hearing - I love my hearing aids too.

I have always been very grateful for the help that the assistants at Connect Hearing have given me when there is a technical problem. They have always either offered an immediate fix when they had a replacement part in stock or sent off for one to arrive by courier. On one occasion, the assistant cut short her lunch hour to meet me and do the repair so that I could make another commitment within a tight timeline. It's the personal customer service that keeps me coming back to Connect Hearing for my next pair of hearing aids.

I was very pleased with the technician, David Bull. He was very patient, answered all my inquires and explained everything very clearly. I've only had my hearing aids a few weeks and they have made a huge impact on my life. Thank you so much!
