Joyce was extremely helpful. She answered all my questions and was very patient in doing so. I am now much more comfortable with wearing and caring for my hearing aids.

Joyce was excellent to deal with. Hearing tests are a bit boring but she brought a fun and positive attitude and made the process enjoyable. She also explained what she was doing in advance and had alot of patience for as many questions as I had.
