This is the second time I’ve dealt with HearingLife at Hillside Mall, and I honestly can’t say enough good things. Dan and Karen are incredible. Karen was great on the phone super clear, patient, and actually listened. Then meeting Dan in person, same thing. No fluff, no rushing just genuinely helpful people who know what they’re doing. What really stood out is how much they care about getting it right. You feel heard, you feel understood, and everything is explained in a way that actually makes sense. Customer service like this is rare these days. If more places operated like this, things would be a lot better.

Dan is great and very knowledgeable. He even spent the time to explain how cochlear implants work to my daughter who is interested in medical science!

We felt very welcomed by the Hearing Life staff. They provided us with the information we needed to make our decision. On the financial side they were very helpful in making it possible to purchase hearing aids. On the evaluation of hearing levels and fitting of the aids, all was quickly and efficiently done. All this was quickly and efficiently done with good humor. It was a good experience.
