I had an earwax removal appointment I wasn't contacted for prep and I was given high expectations when I arrived that both ears would be cleared when they could not remove the wax from the left ear and in fact felt much worse (total hearing blocked left ear) because there was water added to it I crashed out I apologize for my behavior it was unacceptable they told me to leave and not pay I feel bad for having behaved this way when the audiologist did what they could with the tools they had which one thing ill say we had to keep emptying a bowl and refilling it and for some reason this isnt in the room you are sat but instead on the other side of the building so the audiologist had to run like 30 times to and from no doubt wasting a ton of time this makes no sense to me why the procedure is not performed by the source of water but either way she was professional and caring and im sorry things ended up the way they did.

Called to ask about getting my hearing aids reprogrammed. When the staffer found out I hadn't bought them there, she rudely told me it would cost "at least a thousand dollars". I called a local, independent clinic and they said it would cost only $95. Guess who is getting my future business and recommendations, Hearing Life.
