I had an amazing customer service experience with Tina. I had a broken hearing aid that I have been struggling with for months. I didn't want to go back to Courtney to get it repaired. I stopped here on a whim just to ask a few questions. Tina was so helpful. She took my hearing aids and fixed it. It took her just a few minutes. And no charge. I am very grateful to hear again :)

If you are looking for the absolute best products, service and support for your hard earned money then look no further! i purchased some hearing protection devices as my job has a considerable amount of noise associated with it and they are amazing. What a wonderful store. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I arrived from Ireland on holiday and had a problem with my hearing aids. A wonderful lady sorted me out in a few minutes, gave me spare parts and all for no charge. Thanks so much.
