Needed to get a hearing test for a job application. Mr Jon Lewis was extremely friendly and polite throughout the testing and interactions, explained potential hearing loss in future with loud noises by showing me on the chart were I am losing some audio tones. Great place highly recommended.

First, I didn't like for prepayment before I received service which was not professionally done at all. He said that I had ear wax and drop the water a few times and nothing came out than he said there was no ear wax. Need more honesty to deal with the client.

When my 3yo son said he put a "popcorn seed" (popcorn kernel) in his ear, and I saw it was so deep in there, I was terrified! Resonance was able to fit us in quickly! From the front staff, to the audiologist it was a quick, easy, and painless experience. 10/10 recommend!!
