Absolutely amazing experience. Not only are the audiologists professional and great at their jobs but they were kind and proactive in assisting me. The space is also beautiful and immediately puts you at ease. I could not recommend them more.

August 22, 2026 From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. Quick and easy appointment, fairly close to home, easy to get to, ample parking, courteous receptionist, knowledgeable technician, every process was explained, my questions were addressed and answered, and the report was emailed to me and the doctors the next day. Couldn’t ask for better service. West Coast Hearing is the place to go for your hearing concerns.

I cannot say enough good things about Tiffany and the team at West Coast Hearing. From my first appointment, Tiffany recognized that my sudden hearing loss was a medical emergency. She acted quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the importance of seeking immediate treatment. As my condition changed over the following days, she arranged repeat hearing tests promptly, documented the changes carefully, and provided me with the information I needed to advocate for myself in the emergency department. In a healthcare system where patients sometimes need to advocate for themselves, having that information and documentation turned out to be invaluable. Throughout a very stressful week, Tiffany was professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She took the time to answer my questions, explain what the test results meant, and ensure I understood what was happening and what the next steps should be. Her prompt assessment, insistence that I seek urgent medical care, and careful follow-up gave me confidence when I needed it most. On a lighter note, she also appreciated that I noticed the clinic doors were painted "Tiffany Blue," which brought a smile to an otherwise difficult week. Thank you, Tiffany, for your professionalism, compassion, and dedication. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and would recommend West Coast Hearing without hesitation.
