Evergreen Lodge

Evergreen is a Regional Geriatric Psychiatry Unit. This unit provides comprehensive, specialized assessment and treatment of older adults with complex, age related, psychiatric needs. These needs may be complicated by behavioural and psychological symptoms and/or comorbidities. Examples include: - late-life mood disorders such as depression, anxiety, mania - late-life psychotic disorders (delusional disorder, schizophrenia) - psychiatric disorders - behavioural symptoms associated with complex medical co-morbidities and functional impairment (Parkinson's disease).
